Scanning & Conversion of Paper Documents

We can scan an assortment of paper documents ranging in size from 5.5″ X 8.5″ to 11″ X 17″. Our scanners have automatic document feeders and are specifically designed to handle large volumes. We can scan at resolutions from 200 dpi. to 600 dpi. in black & white, grayscale or colour. Our output formats include TIFF and PDF.

The electronic images are returned to you on CD or DVD and may be indexed by file name and folder or by linking to a database of your choice. If the Adobe Acrobat PDF format is used there is additional indexing available using the Adobe Acrobat Reader including full text indexing and retrieval. This allows you to search for specific words right inside a document or group of documents. We will also design and create an index page that will link to your documents much like a table of contents.
